Hi I’m Denise (AKA Ruby Love).
From the moment I could walk (literally!) I was introduced into the world of sport. Starting with Judo, I’ve taken part in kickboxing, swimming, running and Thai boxing. You name it I’ve probably tried it !! I’ve also recently obtained my personal trainer qualification too.
I saw an add on Facebook for Burlesque Chair Dance and immediately knew this was something I wanted to teach. How can burning calories be this much fun ?! It’s absolutely amazing you will love it. It’s great fun and will leave you feeling super confident and sexy. It’s also suitable for all ages, sizes and abilities.
