Hey my name is Sarah, by day I’m a Childminder and by night I like to strut my stuff as a Burlesque Chair Dance™️ instructor I’m both level 1 and level 2 qualified, I love teaching women of all ages, sizes and abilities, some of the ladies that join me have no confidence what so ever and I love watching them blossom into beautiful Burlesque Chair Dancers, my classes are fun and exciting and there is never a dull moment making this class an excellent way to get fit, lose weight, build confidence and have fun. The highlight for me from the past 2 years is watching my ladies perform on the stage strutting their stuff, I feel like a proud momma so why not get your wiggle on and come and join the GEMS.
I have 2 classes running at the moment with more in the way so watch this space.
