Hi, my name is Victoria, and my burlesque name is Midnight Vixen.

I’ve always loved dancing. When I was younger I did ballroom, latin and disco. In school I did BTEC dance as one of my GCSE’s. Fast forward a few years, other things in life got in the way, and I’d not done any dancing for too long. I wanted to get back into it but I wasn’t sure which style of dancing, just that I wanted to try something different to what I’ve done before. Thats when I found Burlesque Chair Dancing. I thought to my self, “That sounds amazing, but I wouldn’t be very good and I don’t feel sexy enough”. I decided to go anyway, and I’m so glad I did! I loved it straight away and felt so comfortable dancing with everybody, because it really is for everyone! Whether you’ve got experience or not, its not about what you look like or how old you are.

My confidence has improved so much, and I love being around amazing, supportive women who are up for a good laugh. Thats why I wanted to become an instructor, to build my own little community and help others with their confidence.
