I have always had a fascination with Burlesque but I never really had the confidence to give it ago, like most women I have struggled with my weight and body confidence. I have tried lots of different diets and fitness classes but never really felt like I fitted in, then I discovered Burlesque Chair Dance™ and I was hooked! My confidence grew, my flexibility improved and it still is every day.
I am a single mum to two amazing girls and want to show them that with a little hard work you can achieve pretty much anything, so I took the plunge and decided to teach Burlesque Chair Dance myself. I am hooked, it’s a sexy workout with a massive confidence boost and its suitable for everyone! I can’t wait to share my passion with the amazing ladies in Denny and create a wee Burlesque Family!
My classes are perfect for beginners of all ages, shapes & sizes! No need to book, just turn up. I am looking forward to meeting you,
