I’m Emma, I’ve always struggled with fitness as I never found anything that suited me until I came across Burlesque Chair Dance back in February and here I am, Wanting to share with everyone my passion and hopefully I can get you dancing freely and feeling comfortable in yourselves!
You may be thinking I can’t possibly do this or not feel confident enough – trust me I felt the same, I was a complete beginner but I took the chance and became empowered!
Burlesque Chair Dance is for woman of all shapes, sizes and ages (from 15 with adult consent) please don’t feel shy or self conscious I am the same as everyone else, now is the time to bring out your inner goddess!
