Wowzers, what a year it has been!! The time has completely flown by and I have having an amazing time!! Since opening Burlesque Chair Dance Classes in Cambridge back in April 2016, I have grown to holding three classes a week (two Cambridge classes and one closer to home in Papworth). As well as working a full time job, 3 classes a week keeps me very busy – but I love it!!
We’ve built up a wonderful little Burlesque family, we have a good giggle and get fit at the same time, it’s win win all round!! Back in December a few of us took part in a local showcase of local dancers and showed off some of our routines!! We had an amazing time, it was my ladies first time at performing and I was a very proud instructor!!
I have met so many AMAZING women since beginning this journey. I love seeing them come to class, their confidence blooms, they make new friends and starting slipping into hot pants!! We are a very welcoming bunch of people and we are always eager to meet new ladies and help make them feel at ease, so if you’ve been too nervous to pop along up until now, then stop putting it off and get your ass to class 😉
