In FIT FEB we’ll be raising money for Mind.org by doing 1000 sit-ups, 1000 press-ups & 1000 squats (Burlesque style of course) spread out daily in 5 minute Daily LIVE on Facebook!
Week one: 25 of each
Week two: 30 of each
Week three: 35 of each
Week four: 40 of each
We’ll be releasing Daily Flab Fighting Tips videos too, grab a tape measure and jot down your wobbly bits – March 1st wave them bye bye!
