Hi folks from Immingham
Pixie Jazz just checking in. what a cracking few months I’ve had with Burlesque Chair Dance.
When I qualified as an instructor I was certain I would become addicted. And addicted I am. Alongside my Burlesque Chair Dance classes, I work full time and first and foremost I’m a mum. So when my daughter approached me after landing a space in a local radio’s win a wedding competition I knew I had to Burlesque Chair Dance my way to help her.
Stevie-Lyn and Kieran had three weeks to raise as much money as they possibly could for Vikings cash for kids (a charity that helps disadvantaged children) which is very close to my heart. We were all brainstorming inventive ways to raise cash. Stevie is also one of my students, so we devised a plan. The Ultimate ladies night specifically for our Burlesque Chair Dancers. I armed all my wonderful ladies from all three of my weekly classes with sponsor forms, booked the local body shop and Ann summers reps and away we went.
Three hours of Burlesque Chair Dance was smashed in and enjoyed by all. My ladies were truly amazing!!!! We even dressed for the occasion, donning our best Burlesque wear and cracked out six of our most loved routines. MY LADIES REALLY DID ROCK.
Three hours soon flew by and we had such a giggle. Who knew working out could be such fun!!!!!!
We raised a massive amount that night and I’m pleased to say subsequently helped Stevie and Kieran win their dream wedding.
Safe to say that Burlesque Chair Dance really helped such a tremendous cause and will certainly help me fit into a spanking mother of the bride outfit 🙂
So keep dancing fellow Burlesque Chair Dancers because you never know which crazy direction Burlesque Chair Dance is going to take you.
chow for now
